Combine the following together:

1 c. diced unpared red Delicious apples
1 c. diced unpared golden Delicious apples
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 lg. banana, sliced

To prepare dressing, blend together 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and a dash of salt. Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream, fold into mayonnaise mixture. Gently fold dressing into apple mixture. Chill. Garnish with walnut halves if desired.
