KUCHEN RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks

Mix well. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Place on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook 6 minutes.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 beaten egg yolks
4 c. chopped rhubarb or 1 lb.

Mix well. Spread over crust. Bake 5 minutes. After cake is baked, make butter out of 4 egg whites and 3/4 cup sugar. Bake 1 minute. (Brown if you like.)
