HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. baked ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
6 oz. sour cream
2 lg. green peppers
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Paprika

Cook noodles according to directions. Mix Cheddar cheese soup with sour cream in a saucepan and cook over low heat until cream dissolves. Cube ham, chop peppers (leaving some strips for decoration). Combine all ingredients, pour in casserole, and garnish with paprika and strips of peppers. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
