SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
Salt, pepper & sugar
6 hard boiled eggs
10 oz. frozen peas
1 lb. bacon, crisp & drained
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

In large bowl put 1/2 head chopped lettuce. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sugar over lettuce. Add layer of sliced eggs. Defrost and drain peas and scatter over eggs. Add remaining lettuce. Crumble bacon over lettuce. Sprinkle cheese over bacon. Spread mayonnaise over top. Garnish with green onions if desired. Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours. Toss before serving.
