STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
2 pkgs. frozen sweetened strawberries
2 med. bananas, mashed
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 carton sour cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. to make center layer, whip together Cool Whip, cream cheese, sour cream; spread on Jello layer. Top with remaining Jello mixture. Place in refrigerator until firm.
