Corn, fresh cooked off the cob or canned
Beaten egg
Bisquick
Oil

Put corn in a bowl. Add a beaten egg or two if using a lot of corn. Add enough Bisquick to allow mixture to clump together. Fry in oil on medium heat (each side.) Be careful corn may pop if the heat is too high.
