BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 c. raisins
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped using sm. stems & flowerets
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Plump raisins by pouring boiling water over them to cover; let set 30 minutes. Drain and let dry. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over the rest of the ingredients. Mix all well together and refrigerate overnight.
