SOUR CREAM SUGAR COOKIES 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
6 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs to a creamy froth. Add sugar and beat well, preferably with electric mixer. Then mix in softened butter to room temperature, nutmeg, soda, baking powder, vanilla and sour cream. Beat with mixer until smooth. Then stir (or mix) in flour. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out in flour - cut desired shapes. Bake at 375 degrees about 8 minutes.
