SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Sm. amount bacon, fried & drained
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
7 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard with horseradish
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine (in a pinch use celery seed)
3/4-1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
