EASY HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
3 or 4 lg. potatoes
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

NOTE: 1/2 pound elbow macaroni or noodles may be substituted for potatoes.

In deep frypan or Dutch oven brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add potatoes or noodles and enough water to cover. Stir in tomato paste and spices. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer approximately 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water to desired consistency. Serves 4-6. A quick and easy meal when there's "nothing to eat".
