EASY RUM SAUCE 
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. rum
2 tbsp. raisins

Stir brown sugar, corn syrup and cream into butter. Bring just to boil, let cool and stir in rum and raisins. Serve over bread pudding, ice cream or pound cake.
