ENCHILADA SALAD 
Lg. head lettuce
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 avocado, chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can Mexican style beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. cheese, grated

Just before serving, top with 1 small bag crumbled Fritos and toss with Good Seasons Mild Italian Dressing.
