DESSERT MERINGUE SHELLS | |
Beat whites of 3 eggs until stiff. Slowly add 3/4 cup sugar and continue to beat. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Drop by spoonfuls on brown paper on cookie sheet. Make 6 shells. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Put shells in, close door and turn off oven. Do not open door for 1 hour. Good with ice cream and fruit. |
