RAW CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 c. (approx. 12 oz. pkg.) cranberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. pineapple tidbits, well drained
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Coarsely grind cranberries. Add sugar. Refrigerate 2 hours, then drain well. Add grapes, pineapple tidbits and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Serve on lettuce. 8 to 10 servings.
