POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. box frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper
2 c. corn flakes

Blend together in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or 3 quart casserole. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
