POTATO CHOP COOKIES | |
1/2 lb. butter and 1/2 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. potato chips, crumbled 1 c. chopped pecans 3 c. flour, not sifted Mix ingredients and drop by scant teaspoons on cookie sheets that have been greased and floured. Bake in 325-350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar after removing from oven. |
