3/4 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together. Drop onto cookie sheet in heaping teaspoons. Press down with a fork as you would with peanut butter cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
