CHOPSTICK TUNA 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. toasted cashews
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine soup and 1/4 cup water. Add 1 cup of the chow mein noodles, dash of pepper and remaining ingredients. Toss lightly; turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-5.
