PRONTO PIZZA 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. dried Italian herbs
1 tbsp. butter
3-5 tbsp. water

TOPPINGS:

1/4 c. prepared, all natural spaghetti sauce
2 c. thinly sliced vegetables, e.g. mushrooms, unpeeled zucchini, peppers, etc.
1/2 dried oregano
4 oz. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For crust, in bowl, combine flour, baking powder and oregano. With finger tips, work in butter until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. Stir quickly with fork, while slowly pouring in enough water to make a soft dough.

On lightly floured board, knead dough about 8 times. Roll dough to fit 10 inch pie or pizza pan. Spread with spaghetti sauce. Arrange vegetables over crust. Sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
