STRING BEANS LYONNAISE 
1 lb. fresh string beans
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 med. onion

Boil string beans in salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and dry well on paper towels. In skillet heat, butter. Add onions (cut in thin slices). Saute until onions are light brown. Add cooked beans, salt, and pepper. Saute until beans are lightly browned. Sprinkle with parsley and add vinegar. Mix well and serve in vegetable bowl.
