FETTUCINI A LA KATHY (Meatless) 
1 lg. box fettucini
1 lg. jar Ragu Chunky Style Spaghetti Sauce with garden vegetables and mushrooms
1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. skim milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Red pepper to taste

Prepare fettucini according to package directions. Warm spaghetti sauce and stewed tomatoes in saucepan. In large mixing bowl stir together the Parmesan cheese, skim milk and red pepper. Add the Cheddar cheese. Put a cupful of the hot spaghetti sauce into the mixing bowl and blend to melt the cheeses. When the fettucini is ready, mix all of the warm spaghetti sauce with the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Drain the fettucini and toss in the sauce. Serve with extra Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Serves 6-8.
