EASY OVEN CHICKEN AND RICE | |
1 fryer chicken, cut up Minute rice 1 env. Lipton dry onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can (soup can) milk 1 can mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. wild rice (optional) Take 9 x 13 inch glass pan and grease. Cover bottom with about 1/2 inch of rice and sprinkle with wild rice if desired. Lay uncooked chicken pieces on top and pour cream soup and milk mixture over. Sprinkle on mushrooms and put dry onion soup mix on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (Mix together soup and milk; heat until it blends and is pourable.) |
