EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 whole chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. onions
1 pkg. frozen corn
Season to taste
3-4 c. rice, uncooked

Boil chicken in 3 cups or more water. Be sure to save the chicken broth. Cut chicken into pieces and set aside.

Combine carrots, celery, onions and corn into chicken broth and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add rice. Serves 4-6.
