EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. water
2 cans creamed soup (mushroom, broccoli, etc.)
Chicken pieces
Salt, pepper
Onion soup mix, dry

Put minute rice and water into 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon soup (undiluted) over top. Lay chicken pieces on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
