CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 pie shells
1 large jar of chicken gravy
1 can peas
1 can sliced carrots
1 large can potatoes, chopped
1 cup chicken cooked and cubed
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, potatoes, peas, carrots, gravy and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Place other shell on top to form a lid. Cut slits on top and place in oven.

Bake 60 - 70 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and done. Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
