1 c. cream ADD LAST
1/2 c. vinegar
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Mix; bring to a boil. After it thickens, add the cream last, otherwise it will curdle. Add extra sugar if using for fruit salad. Use as is for potatoes or veggies.
