1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour, mixed with the sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine ingredients and boil until thick. Add 1 teaspoon mustard if desired. This is an excellent dressing for slaw or potato salad.
