EASY LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1/3 c. lime juice (about 2 or 3 lg. limes)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 or 3 or more drops green food coloring
1 chocolate graham cracker crust (store bought)

Combine milk, lime rind and juice. Blend well. Fold in Cool Whip and coloring. Blend well. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until firm, overnight is best. Serves 6.

NOTE: For even better flavor, instead of fresh limes, use 1/2 cup Key West lime juice called Nellie and Joe's Key West lime juice, purchased in food store. This enhances the tart lime flavor. The lime rind can be omitted, if this juice is used.

For garnish, scrape some Baker's chocolate on top before serving.
