SAUSAGE-EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. turkey sausage
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste
Egg substitute to equal 9 eggs
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. light grated cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Mix other ingredients, except bread. Add sausage and pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan.

Place bread cubes on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour - remove cover for the last half hour.
