1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. drained, minced cucumber

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar, onion and pepper. Chill until very thick. Blend in sour cream and mayonnaise. Fold in cucumber. Return to bowl or glass rectangular pan. Chill until set.
