POTATO SALAD 
4 lbs. potatoes, cooked & cubed
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped with stems
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. French dressing
Hellmans mayonnaise

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and French dressing. Add enough mayonnaise to hold together. Sprinkle top with paprika and chopped parsley.
