PESTO DIP 
2 eggs
2 lg. cloves garlic, peeled
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Blend in blender until smooth. Keep machine running and add very slowly 1 cup oil. Makes 2 cups.
