BEEF ROLLUPS 
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced round steak (1/4 inch thick)
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom or Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/3 c. water

Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Cut steak into 6 pieces (6 x 4 inches), pound. Place about 1/4 cup stuffing near center of each piece of steak. Starting at narrow end, roll up. Tuck in ends; fasten with toothpicks or skewers. In skillet, brown rollups in shortening; pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
