ALMOND - HAM ROLLUPS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped almonds
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
12 oz. pkg. sliced ham

Combine all ingredients except ham. Stir. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each ham slice. Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short end; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Cut each roll into 3/4 inch slices. Yields 5 dozen.
