JAMIE'S HOT WINGS 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken wings, cut in 3 pieces
Pepper
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 sm. bottle Crystal hot sauce

Pepper, but do not salt, chicken pieces. Grill until crispy. Mix together butter, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and Crystal hot sauce in large bowl. Add wings and stir until well coated. Very good served with carrot sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

If a hotter sauce is desired, either leave out vinegar or use Tabasco sauce instead of Crystal sauce.
