NORWEGIAN KRINGLE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. chocolate (optional)

Dissolve sugar in sour cream. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda together and combine with cream and sugar. Melt chocolate, if desired, and add. Drop by 1/2 tsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 72 cookies.
