ANTI-PASTO SALAD 
4 med. tomatoes
6 oz. jar green stuffed olives
8 oz. fresh mushrooms

Marinate in: 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Italian herbs 1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Shake and let stand 24 hours.

Just before serving, add to above: 2 pepperoni sticks, sliced very thin 1 can artichokes 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, strips 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 head shredded lettuce
