WALLY'S WASSAIL 
6 c. apple cider
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey (optional)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice

In a large pan heat cider and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered. Keep over low heat. Makes 20 cups.
