2 sm. env. Knox gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 can coconut
2 tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 angel food cake

Mix gelatin, cold water, hot water, salt, sugar, lemon juice and crushed pineapple together. Place in refrigerator to cool. Then take large Cool Whip and fold into it.

Tear up angel food cake and fold into mixture. Place the small Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.
