SOUTH OF THE BORDER CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can sliced green chilies
3 c. cooked chicken (lg. pieces)
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 c. coarsely crushed corn chips

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add mixture to remaining ingredients except corn chips. Pour into shallow 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
