LOBSTER CHOWDER | |
3 c. cut up lobster 1/8 lb. butter 1/2 tsp. vinegar 2 med. potatoes 1/2 onion 1/2 pt. heavy cream Milk Salt & pepper Melt butter in fry pan and add cut up lobster. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream. Boil potatoes and onions which have been diced in a separate pan. When done drain and add lobster mixture. Season with salt and pepper and add sufficient milk to cover. Heat and serve. |
