BEACON HILL COOKIES | |
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 egg whites, room temp. 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar Dash of salt 3/4 c. walnuts 1/2 tsp. vinegar Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well, until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate and walnuts. Drop teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. 3 dozen. |
