T.'S BEST CRAB STEW 
4 strips bacon
1-2 lb. crabmeat
3 med. potatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
Salt to taste
1/2-3/4 gal. milk (your desired thickness)
2 tbsp. butter
1 sprig parsley, chopped
3 ribs diced celery

Fry bacon and set aside. Boil potatoes, celery, onion and pepper in covered saucepan until potatoes are tender. Pour off water. Add crabmeat, salt and pepper. Pour in milk. Over low heat, add butter and bacon, plus some of the bacon grease if you desire. Add chopped parsley. Simmer for 45 minutes.
