DATE NUT CRUMB ROLL 
1/2 lb. Graham crackers
1 lb. dates
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll Graham crackers into fine crumbs. Pit dates and cut into small pieces. Cut marshmallows into small pieces. Whip cream until stiff, combine with half the cracker crumbs. Then add dates, marshmallows, nuts and salt. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and roll to coat. Chill roll for 12 hours. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream. Serves 10 to 12.
