ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 - clove garlic
1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dill
1 package pita bread (cut into bite-size pieces)

*Any of the ingredients can be substituted with low fat items if desired.

Slice the garlic clove. Put the sliced garlic along with the artichoke hearts and mayonnaise into food processor and blend. Add the cream cheese and blend. Then add the parmesan cheese and blend. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle top with dill. Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes or until sides begin to brown. Serve with pita bread.
