DRESSING OVER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken breasts, diced
2 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. hot water
1 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Mix chicken breasts, bread crumbs, eggs and milk. Put in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan. Combine water, butter and stuffing. Spread over top of chicken mix.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 to 60 minutes or when brown on top. To serve, cut into squares. I make a gravy and pour over the casserole and serve.
