CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. instant rice (Minute Rice)
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in medium saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm or cold.
