24 oz. pkg. of frozen hash brown potatoes O'Brien
6 eggs or equivalent egg substitute (egg beaters with vegetables is excellent)
2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated cheese
