QUICK DROP BISCUITS | |
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour 1 c. whipping cream (not whipped) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar Combine all ingredients and stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees about 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. You may roll them out on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter. There is no shortening in this recipe because the fat is in the whipping cream. This works very well using half & half. |
