PUSINKY (MERINGUE KISSES) 
3 egg whites, room temperature
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch salt

Too egg whites add salt and cream of tartar and beat until stiff. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually, continue beating until shiny. Fold in remaining sugar. Mix well. With pastry bag shape small meringue on greased and floured baking sheet. Dry them at 250 degrees for about 2 hours.
